A ticketing system which helps the Sales staff to organize and resolve tickets raised faster.
1. User can raise ticket which will be sent to the concerned Manager.
2. User can check the pending and closed tickets.
3. Notification will be sent to the User to ask if the issue has been solved or not. The User can escalate to the higher authority if the issue is not solved.
